Privacy policy

This site collects two things: what you write in the contact form, and analytics you are free to decline. We also process business contact details gathered elsewhere, for our prospecting. All of it is set out below.

Who is responsible

The contact form

When you write to us we receive the fields you fill in: name, email address, company and message.

• Why: to reply to you, and afterwards to send you our offers where they relate to your business. No resale, no renting, no transfer to a third party.
• Legal basis: your own request for the reply, and our legitimate interest in making our services known to professionals for the prospecting.
• Where it goes: our mailbox, hosted on the same server as this site. The message passes through no third party service and never leaves the machine.
• How long: 3 years from our last exchange. After that your details are deleted.

Commercial prospecting

After a first contact we may write to you about our services. This happens within clear limits, and you stay in control at every step.

• Only to a business address, and only about subjects related to your work.
• Every message carries an unsubscribe link that works in one click.
• You can object at any time, without having to give a reason, by writing to contact@azmarketers.ma.
• If you unsubscribe we keep the strict minimum needed to make sure we never contact you again by mistake.
• We do not sell or rent your address, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.

If we write to you without you contacting us first

We do sometimes approach a professional who has never written to us. Here is exactly how that works, including what you can demand of us.

Where your details come from

From publicly available professional sources: your company's website, professional directories and federations, professional networks, and the trade shows and conferences we attend. We do not buy lists whose origin is undocumented. If you ask us, we will tell you the precise source your details came from.

What we use

Your name, your role, your business email address and your company name. Nothing else. We build no profile, we do not combine this with other sources, and we do not track your browsing.

The limits we hold ourselves to

• Legal basis: our legitimate interest in making our services known to professionals whose work matches what we do.
• Business to business only: we write to a business address, about your work. Never to a personal address, never to a private individual.
• The first message tells you: where we got your details and how to object. That is a legal duty, not a courtesy.
• One click unsubscribe in every message, with no need to reply or explain yourself.
• If you object, we stop immediately and add you to our suppression list so we never approach you again by mistake.
• How long: 3 years after the last contact, or immediate deletion if you ask for it.

You do not have to justify being removed from our lists, and we will not ask you why.

Protection against automated submissions

To stop a bot flooding the form we limit submissions to five per hour per IP address. Your IP address is not kept in readable form: only an irreversible cryptographic hash is written on the server, and it is deleted automatically after two hours.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages get read. Nothing is stored on your device until you click "Accept".

• Until you answer the banner, storage is denied by default and no cookie is written.
• If you decline, Google receives an anonymous signal with no identifier, which cannot recognise you.
• If you accept, the cookies below are set for thirteen months at most.
• The data is processed by Google and may be transferred outside Morocco and the European Union.

No advertising cookies, no social network trackers, no sharing with ad networks.

Changing your mind

The Cookies link at the bottom of every page reopens the banner. You can accept or decline as many times as you like, and clear your browser's local storage at any point.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its correction, its deletion, a restriction on how it is processed, or object to its use. Write to contact@azmarketers.ma and we reply within thirty days.

If our answer does not satisfy you, you can refer the matter to the CNDP in Morocco, or the CNIL if you live in France.

Hosting

This site and its mailbox run on a dedicated server located in Morocco. Traffic is encrypted with HTTPS end to end.
